Reunion Committee Positions
The following positions are available for the Reunion Committee. Please read through and let me know if you are interested in becoming involved in the Reunion Planning Process.
Treasure Chair
Collect and Handle Finance. Responsible for creating Bank account to centralize Finance and
responsible for making budget before and after reunion.
Joji
Web Chair
Creating/Maintaining the class reunion website web site and responsible for making popularity for web activities by sending innovative mail to group and to conduct e-reunion before our reunion.
Jags
Head Chair
Responsible for organizing class elections during reunion and ensures that the election process is fair and accurate and to lead and control all other chairs to conduct a great reunion.( Have Decision Power)

Event Chair
Work with the class to create a particular event and responsible for conducting
the event on correct time and in approved format. Each event one codinator.
(Noble, Anop MV, etc)
Hospitality Chair
Arranges reception committee and suitable welcoming area in colege. Arr
anges to be on duty or have other committee members to be on duty when classmates are arriving. Responsible for all events on reunion day.

Fun Chair
Work with the class board to create an appropriate program of activities for reunion. Creates and executes class program and assign appropriate person for each event.

Designer Chair
Design the structure for our Reunion. Responsible for all Activities Before reunion day and Ready to work with Head chair. Bhaya

Smrithi Chair
To create special songs for our reunion. Responsible for circulating the song after reunion with edited video

Snaps Chair
Work with photo and video shooting on reunion day and responsible for sending it through mail and email to each EAn Nikil

( Musical Chair, Songs, Sharing time, etc)
1.30 to 2.30 -- lunch at kothamangalam( At Maria Hotel Hall),
2.30 to 3.30 -- Special Arranged Programes
3.30 to 4.30 -- Dance time
4.30 to 5.00 -- Official End Programe
